Counting down

Just a quick update for everyone. Just cruising along through the winter here and counting down to our long planned snow trip leaving on sunday. They have had a few good snowfalls recently and the weather looks all good. Its been a few good years since i’ve been on the snow so i’m fully excited.

My contract is on its last extension at the moment, apparently the limit is 2 years. This is now up to 15 months. Not bad for a “3 month” contract. Congrads to all those who got married recently (Tim & Shells, Steve & Jo). I’m sure there will be a few more of these events in the next few years

How Much?

“Bush seeks $US100b for wars in 2007″ – thats an insane amount of money to spend on bullets and missiles. With all those hurricanes on the way this season it seems this could easily be more well spent on the development of countries, food, pollution and the rest of everything. This is old news to everyone really, but its weird how it is commonplace in the newspapers where war is becoming accepted as part of western life….
